1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information when you use the Service:
- Account identifiers. When you create an account, our authentication provider, Clerk, collects identifiers such as your name and email address so we can sign you in and secure your account.
- Conversation content. The questions, messages, and other content you submit to the Service, and the suggestions and recommendations the Service returns to you.
- Usage data. Technical and usage information — such as device and browser details, log data, and how you interact with the Service — collected to operate, secure, and improve it.
2. How we use your information
We use the personal information described above to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service — including to provide answers to your questions, maintain and protect your account, prevent abuse, analyze and improve how the Service works, and comply with applicable law. We limit our use of your content to these purposes.
3. Third-party AI providers & model training
To generate suggestions, your messages are sent to third-party artificial-intelligence providers — currently Google and Anthropic — that perform inference and related processing on our behalf, solely to operate and improve the Service. Those providers process your content under their own terms and privacy commitments as our service providers.
Fulcra does not train its own models on your conversations. We use your content to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service — not to build or train our own machine-learning models.
4. Human review of your messages
Fulcra and its authorized personnel and service providers may access and review some of the messages and other content you submit in order to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service. Some of this content may be reviewed by authorized human reviewers for these purposes.
Please don't enter confidential information that you wouldn't want a reviewer to see.
5. Service providers & third parties
We share personal information with the service providers that help us run the Service, limited to what each provider needs to perform its function for us:
- Authentication. Clerk, to create and secure your account and sign you in.
- AI inference. Google and Anthropic, to process your messages and generate suggestions, as described above.
- Hosting & infrastructure. Cloud hosting, database, and observability providers that store and run the Service on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to operate and secure the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.
- Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fulcradecisions.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.
